WHAT YOU CAN DO

How you can Assist us

1

Donate to Us

Your donation can make a huge difference in the lives of visually impaired individuals. Your donation helps us provide essential services and programs to the visually impaired community, including assistive technology training, employment services, and educational support.

You can donate securely through our website, or by sending a cheque to Society for the Welfare of the Blind. We’re completely independent, and run almost entirely on donations from allies, like you.

2

Spread the Word

Help us spread the word about our organization and the work that we do. Share our website and social media pages with your friends and family, and encourage them to learn more about our services and programs.

You can also attend and promote our events, and sign up for our newsletter to stay up-to-date on our latest news and initiatives. By spreading the word, you’re helping us create a more accessible and inclusive world for visually impaired individuals.

3

Volunteer with Us

Volunteering with our organization is a great way to make a difference in the lives of visually impaired individuals. We have a variety of volunteer opportunities available, including assisting with events, providing one-on-one support to visually impaired individuals, helping with administrative tasks and providing medical services.

Volunteering can also be a rewarding way to gain new skills, meet new people, and make a positive impact in your community. To learn more about volunteer opportunities, please contact us at info@swbnig.org or +234 803 6810 612.

Corporate Sponsorship

If you’re a business owner or represent a corporation, consider partnering with our organization as a corporate sponsor. Corporate sponsorship can help us provide even more resources and services to the visually impaired community, and it can also be a great way to showcase your company’s commitment to social responsibility.
